Annie Mong:

• Design lead in developing swimwear strategy, the best-selling Women’s category since Spring 2017 launch • Design for inline Women’s performance categories including swimwear, rashguards, active bottoms, boardshorts, wetsuits, and footwear • Design support for inline Men’s and Boy’s footwear category • Responsible for silhouette, material, construction, print, and color design • Collaborate with global design, merchandising, sales to ensure a cohesive brand vision • Conceptualize mood boards, color stories, and seasonal stories with the design team • Build and update concept sketches, CAD’s, art schematics, tech packs, and BOM’s

• Work collaboratively with the innovation design and development team with executing new and innovative product concepts • Design for inline Women’s performance categories including swimwear, wetsuits, footwear, and boardshorts. • Design support for inline Men’s performance categories including base layers, wetsuits, and footwear

• Assist the innovation design and development team with executing new and innovative product concepts as well as inline Men’s performance categories including boardshorts, wetsuits, and footwear

• Assist the Men’s design team with executing Fall/Holiday 2013 collections

• Assist the Women’s design team with executing Fall/Holiday 2012 collections

• Design concepts for Menswear, Womenswear, and accessories • Visit factories in China to observe manufacturing process for Japanese brands
