Ansel Wooters: in Traverse city, MI

I have been in this position for over three years now and I am responsible for all day to day operations of the shop. During our busy season I am responsible for hiring, training, and supervising our new and returning staff members. I also take responsibility for product ordering, inventory, and merchandising. Social media and community outreach are also important parts of my position.

Retail sales associate, customer service and customer education were my primary responsibilities. Recommending products and trips based on my own personal experience and knowledge of the area.
