Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by
answering product and service questions; suggesting information about
other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Changing
payments, fixing payments, sending teams out, email verification. Assist with refunds, orders and exchanges.
Handling inbound calls, figuring out the customer problem.

The Counselor Specialist Representative attracts potential customers by
answering product and service questions; suggesting information about
other products and services. In charge of 26 people, weekly meetings,
weekly performance reviews on employees, training new employees,
hiring customer service representatives and conducting rules & regulations convention to employees. Handling inbound calls, figuring out the customer problem. Figuring out problems about customers' insurance
claims, transferring them to the right department. Knowledge about
medicare plans and savings plans.
