• Answer all incoming phone calls/texts from agents and potential buyers 
• Negotiate with buyer’s agents on behalf of the seller/company on each listing
• Input all offers received and offer information received in Microsoft Access 
• List new properties for the week on the multiple listing service
• Schedule open houses for the week with outside hosting agents 
• Maintain records for lockboxes and showings
• Set up saved searches of comps in the area to provide data for bidding on properties


• Plan and coordinate travel for several on site brokers
• Track monthly inventory of all products and supplies
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence through multi-line phone systems, mail, email and faxes for 100+ agents
• Enhanced staff morale by organizing interactive sales meetings and being available after hours to resolve any issues
• Complete meeting minutes and distribute throughout company
• Authorize commission disbursements from Escrows
• Review completed transactions and ensure files contain required disclosures & documents
• Approve advertisements of active listings and making all materials needed were received by advertisement company
• Scheduling inspections, coordinating with Escrow and Title companies and communicating with clients throughout
the process
• Drafting all disclosures to review with clients to obtain fully executed copies necessary to close escrow
• Organizing contact database making sure to send out birthday cards and email updates throughout the year
