? Liaison for initial B2B/Rep Order Platform, RepSpark, updating catalog data and sales incentives seasonally. Manage new B2B platform, Elastic, in 2018 and facilitated full integration with our ERP, Full Circle. Manage and oversee all data files, assets, and site functionality, performing ad hoc maintenance and regular updates.

? Provide analytics and performance updates to VP of Sales and Regional Managers regarding sales contests, MAP violations, inventory, and orders. Facilitate sales reps by providing updated resources via reporting in Domo and training on our sales platforms to drive sales goals and achieve company initiatives.

? Coordinate national and regional tradeshows, sales meetings, and ah hoc events for the US Sales team. Manage and oversee booth setup/teardown, and logistics for tradeshows and sales meetings, including calendar and itinerary creation for rep and internal staff. Manage and allocate sample inventory to all US reps, tradeshows, sales meetings, and at once requests from accounts or internal staff.

Sales Coordinator

? Answered customer emails, calls, and chats promptly and efficiently. Maintained an average of 60 emails, 40 calls, and 15 chats daily upholding a response time of 24 hours for 3 brands: OluKai, melin, and Roark.

? Coordinated with other business units regularly. Responded to and updated customer reviews via our website and social media channels daily. Coordinated logistics for ad hoc adjustments with orders, reporting the necessary documentation for returns and exchanges, and assist in keeping accurate inventory counts. Regularly worked with the Accounts Receivable department to ensure customer returns were processed efficiently and any special circumstances were managed accordingly.

? Utilized Defective Unit Report to provide accurate information to our Director of Production on a weekly basis. Created analytics around common reason codes and chat requests in our reporting software, Domo.

Consumer Customer Service Rep

Restaurant Supervisor: Responsible for opening the restaurant and delegating tasks to employees. Manage employee scheduling and placing/receiving deliveries of goods. Ensuring a clean and prepared restaurant prior to opening. During peak hours, handling any guest complaints/ensuring guest satisfaction along with assisting co-workers. At the end of the night, ensuring the restaurant is clean and organized for the next day and closed accordingly. Additionally, manage end of night sales numbers, input them into the appropriate data base, and report them to corporate each night. 

Bartender: Responsible for compiling phone orders for take-out, making drinks and providing customer service to walk-up customers, and preparing drinks for all servers in the restaurant. Responsible for 4-10 servers a night, maintaining a clean and efficient bar, and accountable for the cash register throughout the shift. 

Server/Food Runner: Greet Tables, Receive and Input Orders, Deliver Food and Cater to Customers. Promoted to Trainer overseeing 5-10 employees. Responsible for 5-25 tables a night and other end-of-night duties.
