Over the last 13 years, I've become well versed in a multitude of high pressure sales environments, managed teams of individuals and targeted strengths to assist with team growth, further helping to identify future leaders. My previous experience includes building and maintaining a focused commercial strategy for the US, alongside sales operations, retail marketing and merchandising while leading outside reps towards achieving their regional goals. All initiatives were tracked with KPI's to understand sales growth, ensuring all benchmarks were met. -	Responsible for sales & marketing activities, from lead generation to close in all 50 states leading to nearly $20M in sales volume since 2016.
-	Trained & managed team of outside reps to meet monthly, quarterly, & yearly projections, tracked by KPI’s.

-	Developed & implemented techniques to meet personal & business goals of expanding customer base while achieving financial targets.

-	Extensive knowledge of Full Circle ERP and key B2B order management software.
-	Opened & grew over 300 accounts within the domestic channel.

-	Helped to bridge gap between sales & operations during internal restructure 
-	Worked closely with production & sales team to ensure goods were planned, produced and delivered to 3PL in a timely manner
-	Proficient in Full Circle lite ERP & EDI to manage order entry, tracking and coordinate delivery dates
-	Successfully managed $15M worth of goods within my year of working on the operations team
-	Worked with retailers, sales reps, accounting & production teams to coordinate order entry, A/R, credit memo’s, etc.
