15+ years experience in outdoor-related industries with a focus on ski area management and retail buying. My primary passions include snowboarding, mountain biking, rock and ice climbing, and mountain running. Always looking to expand my knowledge, and skills and give back to the communities I am a part of,  I serve as a member of the board of directors for the non-profit organization VMBA as well as founder and race director of Three Peaks Mountain Race. 

*	Monitoring key performance indicators while buying strategically by forecasting for four departments with unique buying and selling seasons
*	Creating all sales and discounting strategies for $4 million in inventory
*	Working with the warehouse team to troubleshoot receiving issues as well as providing merchandising direction to the retail team
*	Moving targeted categories and items while using product stories to connect with customers
*	Due to productivity, performance and maintaining vendor and in-house relationships I was promoted to Senior Buyer after 6 months

*	Designed, built and maintained terrain parks
*	Hired and trained staff while managing payroll and department budgets
*	Organized and hosted events with brand representatives and sponsors
*	Created and Coordinated social media content
