Coordinate all set ups of new EDI customers; from testing phase to full production as well as update and maintain the existing trading partners. Responsible for all inbound and outbound EDI transmissions ( 850’s, 856’s, 810’s, 832’s, etc.) Handle all invoicing, CIT transmissions(810’s, order credit request and approval decisions), and in charge of running End of Day Reports. Assist warehouse with creation of all EDI documentation for shipping: UCC-128 labels, packing lists, bill of ladings, etc. Also, shipping documentation for Non- EDI Major accounts; TJ Max, Loehmann’s, Marshalls, and for International accounts.
