Executive

Archie Clay III was born January 24th, 1990 in Chattanooga, Tenn to Stephanie Young and Archie Clay Jr. He began music passion during middle school around the age of  13 when he moved to Tupelo, Miss. He continued his music studies at Stone Mountain High School  in Stone Mountain, Ga where is studied under the direction of Mr. Riley, From 2004 - 2008. Archie graduated with a degree in Sales and Marketing from the Illustrious Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Al. While attending Tuskegee University he was under the Tuskegee University Achievement Scholarship, which paid his way through college. Archie was also very active with different extracurricular activities on campus. He was a member of the Student Government Association, Tuskegee University Student Ambassador, National Student Business League and many other great organization on campus. In addition, he loves fashion, being successful, networking, meeting new people and spending time with family. Archie is also a initiated of Alpha phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc, Gamma phi Chapter and is very proud to be apart of the first Black, Inter-Collegiate Greek-Lettered fraternity.

Mission statement: To educate, cultivate, and elevate our young men to achieve higher education and become successful in every day life. 

Purpose: Is to define the odds by helping every young man in this program to understand the importance of education by motivating, inspiring and exposing them to the different ways of life. We want to help them reach there full potential and understand that life throws you curve balls, so you have to stay motivated and fight your way to the stop. We want to incorporate these initiative:

1. Improve student's academic performance 
2. Encourage student to complete high school and purse education beyond the high school level. 
3. Grow the next generation of leadership
4. Teach your men how to think like young entreunpner and business men. 
5. Understand the important of family and everyday life
6. Develop strategies to deal effectively with conflict resolution and enhances problem-solving skills.
 6. Build responsible stewards as it relates to managing

•	Lead a staff of 80 team members, while motivating them to actively participate in all company programs
•	Train and develop current team members, resulting in the promotion of two team members to management positions within the last 90 days
•	Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals while leading all in-store special events, resulting in $20,831,269 annualized volume
•	Manage operational and merchandise execution duties including weekly merchandise updates and complex floor changes
•	Consistently exceed all client service performance goals focusing on customer satisfaction and customer retention
•	Engage with customers and follow through on all inquiries and concerns. 
•	Completes all store opening and closing duties, including proper handling of receipts, balancing registers, and preparing deposits
•	Assist with strategic planning, payroll, budgeting, and shrink reduction
