Directly reporting to Global Logistics AGM; main responsibilities was: • Develop, implement and maintain logistics kpi's • Working in a matrix organization with operation managers; coordinate and optimize all the warehousing and logistics operations which consists of 300.000 m2 warehousing area and 4,500 blue-collars.

• Run and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) • Develop demand forecast and execute supply-demand planning for long, mid and short planning terms.
