Production Lead - North East, Europe, and Africa

Engineering & Production

- Oversee import and export logistics worldwide, sourcing nightly event staff, and maintaining budgets for 150+ quarterly events across 16 countries

- Building a broader full-time and part-time production team domestically and internationally. Responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, and training

- Developing internal infrastructure including systems for tracking event logistics, budgets, as well as creating standards and materials for staff training

- Managing inventory and supply chain for all events globally while maintaining cost analysis of warehousing systems to plan for future growth

-  Advise Artist Relations and Sales department on budget and quote building for clients and larger tours

- Project manage several ad hoc assignments and research projects simultaneously for the COO as well as the Production Team to assist cross departmental development and build out internal processes and materials

- Review and track contracts for all confirmed artist tours and individual performances

- Coordinating tour announcements and on sale schedules between artists, promoters, and tour supports

- Serving as liaison between artist management, promoters, and various agency staff

- Settling all shows in agency system and track and collecting artist payments during the course of artist tours

- Managing travel arrangements, booking and scheduling meetings, and prepare agendas for Agents and Management

- Collecting and distributing ticket counts to agents and management for all tours

Agent Assistant

- Contract supervisor for all events

- Identifying and creating opportunities for  operational and system efficiencies and building out systems and materials necessary to improve internal processes

-  Auditing biweekly departmental budgets and preparing executive reports as well as oversee and track accounts payable and receivable

- Serving as liaison between investors, sponsors, clients, agents, and C-Suite Executives.

-  Preparing financial statements and coordinating corporate tax filings

- Coordinating and administering all payroll and acting as HR representative to mediate internal issues
