•	Responsible for inputting all new orders into the system and following the orders through from start to finish
•	Working with customers to secure blanks/product and purchasing
•	Accurately quoting customers and responding to their pricing inquiries in a timely manor
•	Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions
•	Updating the customers with any issues with their orders and working with them to resolve the situation
•	Organizing and labeling incoming trim 
•	Assisting the owner and the VP with whatever task is at hand
•	Closing out orders and preparing them for final invoicing
