I’m a professional mechanical engineer with a great interest in automotive vehicles. I have years of experience in both the automotive and the aerospace industries where I have sharpened my skills in an international and multilingual environment by contributing to the growth of fast paced & tight deadlines projects and by solving sensible out-of-the box challenges.

Oversee the development of custom aircraft interiors, delivering all designs on time and with high quality. Continuous work on streamlining workflows and organizational structure, methodology and processes to improve quality. Lead and motivate nine designer technologists and mechanical draftsmen to peak performance levels.

Generated aircraft components’ models and delivered reports for certification approval. Tested finished design geometries and completed Finite Element Analysis on them. Supervised and scheduled a highly productive team of four Mechanical Engineers while employing Lean Engineering principles.

Drafted aircraft components using CATIA. Served as technical lead and senior subject matter expert (SME) for processes & products evolutions, design rules, change management and data structuring; leveraged advanced expertise to support design processes. Analyzed project feasibility and costs, and determined best methodologies/tools. Mechanical Design Engineer

Simultaneously managed three vehicle projects including a worldwide program, producing deliverables on time and with high quality. Monitored digital mock-ups and developed physical prototypes.

- Created a standardized digital mock-up to reduce (-30%) loading times and guarantee no duplication of data.
- Transferred a major project in Slovenia and seamlessly migrated data between plants, facilitated PDM tool training to staff of 120.

Digital Mock-Up Project Leader

Accepted contract position providing information to dealers regarding components and replacement parts. Worked with Toyota Europe to ensure all dealer needs were met.

Dealers Support

Developed non-linear model for narrow tilting three-wheeled vehicle. Analyzed behavior under different conditions and produced numerical mechanical system simulations using Pacejka's Magic Formula.

Completed bibliographic studies and designed software characterizing large industrial fires.

Research Engineer (Intern)

Studied energetic costs for the distribution function of synthetic rubber production. Monitored daily software results and created provisional budget.

Assistant Energy Engineer (Intern)
