•Drove FY16 "Analytics & Reporting" goals for Dell's Global Support & Deployment Organization with over 500 M $ in revenue. I had to manage
global cross functional team in the development, launch and delivery of new service offers for Dell's strategic proactive and predictive capability.

management, engineering release scheduling, technology assessments.

Canada with a contract value of 2 M $. Identify key business requirements and opportunities for remote infrastructure management. Responsible for
Profitability of projects, resource utilization.
•Reduced Roger Communications TCO / IT maintenance costs offshoring
operations and service delivery.
•Drive program governance with IBM & Roger's stakeholders. Portfolio
Planning & Roadmap guidance.

on some of the critical Rogers's applications / servers through monitoring and proactive remediation's.

• Managed client / offshore QA delivery for Bank of America / Merrill Lynch
for their major research work bench & collaboration tools. This program was
intended to reduce TTM for their research publications, analyst rating and reviews and reduce operational costs.
• Reduced QA efforts through automation which led to substantial savings in cost / quality and engineering efforts.
•Planned and executed User Acceptance testing with Analysts worldwide for
Beta phase. This involved real-time online testing prior to production launch,
co-ordination with global stakeholders on product feedback and ensure release
schedules are aligned with offshore delivery teams on acceptance criteria for
launch

Engagement Manager

• Managed client / delivery function for Pittsburgh Plate Glass (PPG) for their
major technology and platform migration from Mainframe to Microsoft stack.
This program was intended to reduce TCO on IT and Operations and increase
business process efficiency for their Order To Cash / Supply Chain / Demand
Forecasting functions.
• With technology and platform migration there was a savings of about 10
M $ on their inventory / operations over 2 years through better planning on
forecasting and order management

Delivery Manager

Managed a team of about 15 members for Microsoft offshore team for
their B2B / Middleware Biz Talk releases. The offshore team was a strategic
extension to their Redmond team for driving QA efforts for their product
releases and increasing operational efficiency for their business.
• Planned and executed QA strategy and roadmap with Redmond team to develop customized automation framework and infrastructure for reducing QA
cycle. QA efforts through automation led to substantial savings in cost / quality
and engineering efforts.
• Led a cross functional team to identify root causes on product issues;
developed reporting and trained team on automation to reduce regression and product fixes which saved $ 1 M in first three quarters
