Responsible for receiving and shipping inventory, entering inventory into the computer system, monthly scans on all serialized items and quarterly scans for accessory inventory.

Completed a job analysis of key employees, wrote job descriptions for key employees based off of the job analysis, wrote an in-depth training manual for the inventory manager position.

Worked with the recruiting tool ApplicantPro, assisted in a Human Resource audit, formatted job descriptions, wrote a checklist on FMLA leave request process, redesigned the I9 tracking system and performed a comprehensive I9 audit.

Human Resource Intern

Managed all aspects of a quick service restaurant. In charge of store level Profit and Loss Statements, scheduling, and hiring as well as training. Responsible for inventory control including day end, week end and month end inventory counts as well as weekly ordering. Expedited customer orders and handled all aspects of customer service including call in orders and customer complaints. Responsible for all human resource functions on a store level including payroll, hiring and recruitment, training and development and disciplinary actions.
