I currently support a Group Vice President, Vice President, their direct sales teams and the Office Manager. My position involves daily contact and interaction with employees across all levels of the business. My position supports the executive staff in matters of confidential natures; i.e., reports, meetings, etc. Primary duties include scheduling meetings, travel arrangements,expense reports, client reports, client based projects and daily office duties. I also possess the following skills from my over 7 years of executive support: organizational and planning, communication, problem analysis and problem solving, judgment and decision-making. I also possess team member skills that involve paying close attention to details and accuracy through out my daily tasks. I also have extensive experience in event planning for multi-day business meetings involving: meals, presentation, dinners, activities, hotel and transportation.

•Brand Administrator to Nestle Team (15+ people) including: Beverage, Ice Cream, Confections, 
•Maintain calendars and schedule client meetings
•Plan, schedule and coordinate Travel arrangements for all brand meetings and events
•Create, update and edit PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and events that will be projected
•Important role in internal brand strategy meetings
•Assistant Office Manager
•Event planning for all Team and Corporate Sponsored event
•Coordinate Quarterly Three Day Roadshow Training: Held onsite with meals and presentations
•Coordinate Twice a Year Three Day Team Meetings: Held offsite, 25 + guests, Budget $20K
•Discussed specific requirements and expectations concerning the event with executives
•Managed and developed a strategic plan of action to ensure that the cost of the event remains under the pre-determined budget.
•Searched and negotiated suitable venues or locations as per the requirement and budgetary constraints 
•Facilitated communication with professionals, including venue management, caterers, contractors 
•Trained new and existing staff prior to the event so that all operations and duties were executed smoothly and as per clients’ guidelines.
