Account Executive, Corporate Partnerships

Executive

•	Manage portfolio of ~$1.5M in corporate partnerships ranging across various industries (examples include Chick-fil-A, Amtrak Pacific Surfliner, FitVine Wine, etc.) 
•	Responsible for identifying prospects and managing sales process from discovery to closing phase, requires ability to formulate sponsorship strategy based upon client’s objectives that additionally maximizes ROI 
•	Perform detailed analyses of impressions garnered through Angels controlled advertising assets (in-stadium & TV visible signage, radio, digital, print and promotional elements) to assess YOY return and determine areas of improvement 
•	Oversee client satisfaction and continued renewal of relationship with Angels by utilizing key tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud Systems, Adobe Photoshop, Nielsen Scarborough, and Microsoft Office
•	Manage cross-functional communication processes across agencies, as well as Angels’ sales, promotion, and marketing divisions to ensure client’s needs and expectations are clearly understood and acted upon 

•	Oversaw day-to-day client relationships to ensure all contractual needs are fulfilled or exceeded, including in-stadium signage, digital, and hospitality assets for 35 corporate sponsorship clients, or ~$9 million in advertising revenue
•	Maintained contracts with MLB Advanced Media and monitored the status of execution for all online sponsorship assets

Account Manager, Sponsorship Services

•	Managed all contractual assets and acted as the day-to-day servicing contact for >30 corporate accounts
•	Coordinated and executed all game day hospitality events and marketing activations for partners
•	Consolidated all data and ROI for all contractual and bonus assets for each account, presenting findings  in an end of season review process 
•	Managed the sales pitch presentation development process for new and renewal clients 


Sponsorship Services Coordinator 

•	Organized and facilitated all in-stadium concourse activations throughout Angel Stadium on game days
•	Assisted the Sponsorship Services team with the execution of contractual hospitality assets
•	Provided additional support on creating Sales Presentations and mocks to prospective partners 


Sponsorship Services Intern

•	Assisted with the fulfillment of contractual assets of corporate partnerships
•	Coordinated and executed all in-game promotions for every Chargers home game
•	Consistently tracked various sponsorship signage and digital advertisements across various mediums
•	Consolidated and distributed game-used and/or autographed merchandise and other hospitality items
