• Leads team of four account manager direct reports and sixteen design indirect reports
• Assists as backup for seventeen additional customers
• Brand ambassador for restaurants, casinos, entertainment, and hospitality venues
• Assisted in business planning and strategic goals with marketing team and other coordinating departments
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and executive teams
