• Evaluated user research to empathize with users, understand pain points, and translate data into meaningful opportunities for improving the user interface.

• Collaborated with team members in cross-team UX design sprints and Lean UX processes resulting in a design process that was, at a minimum, 300% faster than initial design processes.

• Constructed high-fidelity product mockups for the software platform, facilitating significant enhancements to the user interface and overall user experience.
