I have had a wide range of experiences from staying involved in sports through coaching (Crossfit and soccer), and am currently a mental health counselor in Bozeman, Montana. I am passionate about athletics and staying active in our environments, and teaching others to be active as well.  I am interested in developing products for women that provide comfort and style and is sport-specific.  I am a former teacher who became burned out and sought a career in the outdoors/ sports industry.  Currently, I am also the Director of an elite soccer community, also based out of Bozeman, Montana.  I am looking for a position with an Outdoor/Sports company, or any position that allows me to be involved in the outdoor community and do what I love.

•	Educate parents, stakeholders and potential contributors on the club’s policies and philosophies on youth development and age appropriate activities through orientations, seminars and written material
•	Provide support to current and potential players and their families through excellent communication and technical support for registration and ordering
•	Ensure programs are current with best practices, maintaining relationships with local, state and national coaching authorities
•	Provide monthly performance reports and conduct weekly direct contact with coaches on game day analysis feedback, coach development, and training program design
•	Serve as liaison with directors from other local and regional clubs and to state and national organizations, and foster collaborative relationships with these organizations
•	Coordinate and develop new programs to increase membership
•	Work with Board to track and report performance measures
•	Assist the Rocky Mountain FC Board, and US Soccer executives to organize state-run coaching clinics, including coordinating national coach license courses
•	Develop and conduct age appropriate clinics on player skill development and coach training 
•	Lead the development and maintenance of a yearly travel calendar including scheduling, conducting and facilitating player tryouts

•	Answer crisis line during hours of work and record calls on participant contact sheets and in iCarol
•	Provide crisis intervention, follow-up, support, advocacy, information and referrals to crisis line callers; assess for safety and assist with safety plan creation
•	Screen and approve new shelter guests
•	Arrange hotel/motel accommodations
•	Arrange emergency transportation to shelter
•	Collaborate with staff to provide individualized treatment program when necessary
•	Enter data collection into AVID
•	Other duties as requested by Co-Executive Director

Weekend Advocate

Lead a team of 18-30 teenage girls in the community in pursuit of athletic success, with a focus on academics.  Strong leadership and mentoring to all team members, and the coaching staff for the JV and Varsity teams.  Development and implementation of practice plans and curriculum, focusing on best practices from US Youth Soccer.

Head Girls' Soccer Coach

•	Provide direct and indirect instructional support to students in a positive environment.
•	Employ special educational strategies and techniques during instruction to improve the development of sensory- and perceptual-motor skills, language, cognition, and memory.
•	Instruct students in academic subjects using a variety of techniques such as phonetics, multi-sensory learning, and repetition to reinforce learning and to meet students' varying needs and interests.
•	Teach socially acceptable behavior, as determined by the students’ individualized education programs (IEPs) by employing techniques in an overall positive behavioral support system.
•	Modify the general education curriculum for students with disabilities based upon a variety of instructional techniques and technologies.
•	Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining an environment conducive to learning for all students.
•	Confer with parents, administrators, testing specialists, social workers, and other professionals to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) designed to promote students' educational, physical, and social/emotional development.
•	Maintain accurate and complete student records and prepare reports on children and activities, as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations.
•	Develop plans for effective communication, monitoring, and follow-up of students in inclusive classroom settings.
•	Provide crisis intervention, as needed, for students and those in inclusive classrooms.
•	Assist in collection of data for providing appropriate classroom interventions.
•	Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team as appropriate.
•	Assist in preparation of data for local, state, and federal reports.
•	Maintain professional competence by participating in staff development activities, curriculum development meetings, and other professional opportunities.
