Manages Women's knit and woven product development from tech pack creation through final approval, including leading fit sessions, proto comments, pattern corrections, sketch updates, 3D proto edits, and construction improvements * Creates team resources for inline fitness collections including consolidating design and detail sketches, creating seasonal manufacturing documents, and collaborating with the blocks team to validate body length and rise variations * Collaborates with the Graphic Design team to standardize brand logo placements on category blocks for fleece, tops, and pants to ensure logo placement consistency across inline styles

Designed and developed home fragrance products from initial concept following seasonal trends to final approval, including creating visual boards for presentations to Design Leadership, and collaborating with the Buyer and fragrance houses to determine the brand right seasonal fragrance assortments * Reviewed and evaluated sample construction, function, color, and overall workmanship, as well as the vendor provided specifications and manufacturing variability documents that aid the PSQA team during final inspections * Leveraged guest insights and product reviews for candle development to better understand guest expectations for candle performance and in-home use around pillars, tapers, filled vessel finishes, wax blends, and fragrances

Led fit sessions with cross-functional partners for both boy's and girl's product to ensure fit is consistent and balanced within collections * Streamlined live fit model process for all categories working on youth product to be more efficient for the fit models and product creation teams * Developed and implemented new graphic strike-off comment process for the Young Athlete's category to ensure comments are being released in a timely manner and to improve communication between Graphic Design, Technical Development, and overseas Product Creation Center

* Created accurate tech packs to ensure design intent and proper construction techniques are communicated effectively to cross- functional partners including liaison officers overseas at the finished good vendors * Managed carryover styles and SMU color adds including writing and updating the bill of materials, construction instructions, usages, and sending the requests to finished good vendors to assure the product meets the customer's requests * Worked on product across multiple categories for different accounts with overlapping calendars such as Columbia Outlet stores, Kohl's, JCP, KITH, World Cup ski uniforms, and other SMU requests, as part of the Strategic Response Team

* Aided in fitting sample garments, entering specifications in FlexPLM and creating garment evaluations * Participated in competitor shops and product analysis for trends and construction methods

* Evaluated and corrected sample size patterns and graded nests to ensure proper fit and silhouette of garment * Assisted in the creation of color, fabric, and trend presentation boards
