- Ensured all products were produced in accordance with cost margins and quality standards; Evaluated and QA products throughout production to ensure quality standards were met.

Production Manager

- Production sewing on Industrial machinery of high-end handbags, soft goods, and accessories; including high-risk sewing tasks such as detail leatherwork and difficult sewing construction.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of materials; including leather, heavy woven fabrics, nylon, flannel, cotton, pattern matching stripes, etc.
- Consistently exceeded and set new timing goals with an efficient production process and expert sewing skills.

Production Sewer

- Created and presented seasonal trend boards based off market research; involving seasonal trends for product type, silhouette, color, and materials.
- Created and maintained Tech packs, BOM, and Line plans for products in development using CAD drawings and detailed specs in Adobe Illustrator.
- Communicated daily with domestic and overseas factories on product development, materials and trims, specs, branding, prototypes, and final samples.
- Reviewed quality, construction, and specs of prototypes and final samples.
- Some sample sewing and rework projects.

Assistant Designer/Product Developer

- Production sewing of high-end handbags and accessories.
- Operate Industrial sewing machines; Walking foot, Needle feed, Serger, Double-needle, Zig-zag machine.
- Work with a variety of materials, some including leather, canvas, waxed canvas, nylon, cotton, velvet, wool felt. 
- Production sewing for high-risk sewing tasks, including detail work of leather and difficult construction.
