Manage ~100 accounts in addition to supporting Sales team maintain their
accounts. Responsible for hosting informative demos for customers. Part of technical support team; working directly with customers to resolve technical
issues. Project manager for firm's marketing efforts which include: lead
generation, business development, creating copy for email campaign(s),
manage schedule for email sends, collect and analyze email analytics.

Supported two Partners for both internal and external activity. Coordinated
travel arrangements, both domestic and international. Managed main phone
line and facilitated as necessary. Assisted with ongoing searches through
project support. Produced presentations for client review. Maintained office
inventory. Main point of contact for internal technical issues.

Executive Assistant

Reported to the Board of Directors and Executive Committees in order
to support organization. Coordinated client events, including: designed
marketing campaign/pieces for events, published content for website and social media accounts, created e-marketing pieces (templates, layout, functionality) and managed scheduling/recipient list, oversaw social media
platform activity, produced and distributed press releases, communicated
with attendees, sponsors, venue personnel, speakers, and venue, worked with sponsors for event presence (logo placement, swag item design, event signage),
maintained registration process (website functionality, payments, attendee list). Led monthly board meetings; organized and presented reports to Board of Directors.
