•	Chair all operation efforts for 5K Run, Mud Run, Triathlon, Duathlon, and 3K Walk leading up to the event as well as on the day of the races
•	Handle all communication with race stakeholders; including all law enforcement and medical response teams
•	Direct approximately 200 volunteers to ensure they understood their duties and responsibilities on the day of the race
•	Collaborate with Race Director on sponsorship contracts, marketing initiatives, and operations plan
•	Consult with staff from a variety of buildings and hotels for reservations and procedures to follow contracts


Developed a race partnership strategy from scratch for bike and running events, resulting in 100+ partnerships including major marathons, Boston, New York, Chicago, London marathons as well as the Tour to France.  
Produce all running and biking race content distributed on platform creating the most demanded customer requested content.
Manages all content, marketing, logistics, and operational efforts for a client with a million + contract.
Maintain a strong relationship working across departments within the organization from content to marketing to legal to product teams.

Content Account & Race Manager	

Managed 50+ key accounts and contracts such as REI, Amazon,  while maintaining a positive relationships with these brands by providing ongoing support and ensuring that all orders are processed in compliance with vendors’ standards.
Continuously worked alongside multiple departments to ensure that all employees are familiar with compliance guidelines.


Key Account Manager

Managed 95% of national accounts, totaling in over 3 million
Oversaw activation team and all partnership activation effort on-site and through marketing initiatives; newsletters, social, etc.


Senior Account Manager

Developed strong relationships with 50 plus accounts, totaling in 2 million in revenue including Salomon, REI, GU, Jaybird, and Merrell. 
 Managed all on-site and digital activation assets, including  but not limited to digital media, social media, newsletters, signage, consumer promotions, and event logistics. 
Led all on-site activation operation efforts for more than 30 races a year and executing on-site at 15 plus events a year.
Developed new and innovated activations for partners both on-site and digitally resulting in an increase of 40% brand engagement.


Partnership Activation Manager

•Organized and executed a three-day sports business event, including a Career Fair with over 25 leading professional sports teams, agencies, and tournament’s from across the country, as well as a 3-person Speakers Series
•Corresponded with invited guests to book flights and hotels as well as managed the logistics of attendees schedules 
•Produced marketing materials for each event including newsletters, website content, and flyers created on Photoshop
•Managed the check-in area for over 500 students, staff and employers; providing recruiters with packets of materials for the event and students with name tags and instructions for both events
•Coordinated the interview schedule to ensure all employers got to meet their chosen students during the Career Fair
•Surpassed previous year’s attendance, with over 500 students, industry professionals, and faculty members attending

Event Director

•Planned and coordinated all elements involved in facilitating the Mud Run (200+ participants); including course layout, sponsorship, marketing elements, and managing 20 plus volunteers monitoring the course
•Built partnerships with 10 businesses and finalized sponsorship agreements for funding and products used for obstacles on the course; surpassing the number of obstacles in previous years and increasing participant satisfaction


Mud Run Director 

•Developed new innovative marketing strategies to boost awareness and increase revenue including a ‘Pedal Power Tour’ across the country, which focused on getting more people to travel by bike, resulting in a stronger brand presence in new markets 
•Updated original website and blog in addition to producing new websites for cities that were considered a bike hotspot, which were to be used as a strategic marketing tool to help the company break into those markets
•Increased overall social media presence and following on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Plus, YouTube, and Pintertest by 70%
•Fostered relationships in the community and nationally by developing collaborations with more than 10 businesses and bike advocacy groups, resulting in sponsorship agreements as well as partnership on branded projects 
•Led operation of company booth including design, set up, and interaction with sales reps and attendees at Interbike (a three-day bike expo with 750 companies), and Sea Otter (
