• Design and develop marketing materials for web, email, and print. Custom graphic design work including directories, sales slicks, brochures, menus, posters, magazine ads, tradeshow banners and vehicle wraps, along with digital ads, website/social media graphics, e-blasts and email newsletters. Maintain organized archive of marketing materials.
• Preparation of online and print campaigns for promotions and events according to a strategic marketing calendar. Combining custom graphic designs, layout, and copywriting to present a captivating story while maintaining branding standards for 3 separate hospitality/restaurant concepts.
• Update and maintain WordPress and TravelClick websites. Implementation of social media strategy and campaigns. Online reputation management including engagement with social media followers and responding to customer feedback on third-party review sites.
• Monitor and assess web analytics, email marketing data, and online customer feedback. Reviewing of analytical reports from each marketing channel with the VP of Hospitality, Revenue Manager, and General Managers to forecast future campaigns and define areas for improvement.
