AUBREY JONES: Design Engineer (ID/PKG)

I help companies with Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, Prototyping, CNC programming, displays, Insights, and UX/UI. I've worked for HQPack, Uneka/14th Round, Brooklinen, & NPDS with structural packaging and product development.

Involved in all aspects of packaging development from sketch to CAD factory validation, optimization, palletization, ASTM/ISTA testing, cost saving methods, eco materials & process selection, tolerances, and project management. I designed, engineered, identified problems, prevented factory omissions, and ensured correct development. I served as the main contact that lead design and engineering projects with large to small tech companies in The Bay Area and all over.

Worked on various projects that include packaging design, CAD structural engineering, 3D renderings, prototypes, 3D prints, consumer electronics, kitchen gadgets for ART & COOK, graphic design artwork, Point of Purchase, and exhibit design.

Created medical promotional products from infancy to production by managing the entire process including research, concept development, sketching, mock-ups, CAD drawings and manufacturing. Contributed to Utility and Design Patents

Worked as the industrial designer/art director for a custom design packaging company. Produced vacuum form mold inserts, drawings, rule and trim-die drawings, and CNC programming.

Worked on various industrial design projects such as concepts for the Vios concept car which premiered at the 'Frankfurt Auto Show, ' Germany. (9/00), an internet-based web pad, an MP3/Camera, and CD storage.
