Assistant Store Manager

Administration & Clerical

Understands and executes all store operations, policies, and procedures.
Assists with all administrative and operational procedures.
Responsible for overseeing repairs, defectives and damages.
Manages staff timesheets.

Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping,
Provide feedback to retail buyers in accordance to the local market.
Routinely perform visual merchandising and act as the direct liaison to the corporate Visual Merchandiser.
Compose weekly sales reports by recording relevant activities on all store levels; as well as receiving and shipping operations.
Surpassed monthly store targets of 750k-1.3 million including during time periods as acting store manager.
Manage a team of 9 employees in conjunction with the Store Director, achieving nearly $17 million in sales for the year.
Closely supervise operations team and direct inventory, achieving a .02% loss result for 2017.
Perform cycle counts and resolve any discrepancies.

Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items; keeping inventory stock and requisition new stock.
Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
Provide outstanding customer service and represent the brand by maintaining impeccable personal style.
