- Recruited to direct company-wide recruiting for rising ad tech star ConsumerTrack during a critical rapid growth phase.
- Collaborated daily with CEO and hiring managers to fill over 20 tech and non-tech roles over a 12-month period.
- Led urgent recruiting sprint with Sr. Tech Director to create an auxiliary six-person technology office within 4 months.
- Praised by upper management for the team's early prolific impact and timely completion of the goal.

Head of Talent Acquisition

- Built and managed a full lifecycle technology recruiting desk from scratch. Established a teachable and repeatable cycle of landing profitable clients, negotiating contracts, closing deals and building relationships.
- Opened and piloted long-term high-revenue partnerships with Nickelodeon/Viacom, Resignation Media (theCHIVE), Ad.net and David & Goliath, resulting in over $180,000 of revenue for the company.

Relationship Manager

- Consistently outpaced quota closing fiber based telecommunication packages up to $100k for hi-tech small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs).  Specialized with full integration of cloud-based servers and applications for SMBs seeking enterprise
level tech capabilities.
- Ranked within top 25 of 1,000 nationwide sales reps and earned two job promotions within 9 months of start date.

Sales Executive III

- Managed four NBA team partnerships on behalf of IMG's top client, Kia Motors, for the Portland Trail Blazers, LA Clippers, Denver Nuggets and Phoenix Suns.  Led the daily interaction and season-long contract fulfillment among team
representatives, creative agencies and Kia marketing managers.
- Counseled both NBA team managers and Kia executives on creative direction, event management, community program planning, public relations and contract renewal negotiations.
- Designed successful new marketing initiatives for Kia, including a viral sensation Phoenix Suns community program that motivated underprivileged students in the Phoenix public school system to excel in school with team-backed initiatives.
-  Leveraged local team resources to elevate Kia's nationwide NBA sponsorship platforms, including Tip-Off, All-Star Weekend, Performance Awards and NBA Nation.

Account Executive

- Recruited by Nike's domestic retail operations team to design and construct a database to improve access to relevant information, simplify day-to-day procedures and enhance decision-making across the division.

Database Operator (contract)

- Quickly mastered Nike's website production resources to aid in the construction of an innovative new brand showcasing website for Nike SPARQ. 
- Exceeded job responsibilities by creating automated production records that allowed SPARQ's web director to meet production deadlines ahead of schedule.

Digital Content Specialist (contract)

- Recruited by IMG's Beijing Olympic Marketing team to join the planning and execution of Johnson & Johnson's on-site activation strategy for the 2008 Summer Olympic Games.
- Completed key projects for the client including product forecasting and distribution, staffing and procurement, Olympic test event analysis, hospitality program management and showcasing pavilion operations.
- Applied both sports marketing and Chinese language skills to compliment a team of highly experienced Olympic marketing managers, team partners and clientele.
- After demonstrating exceptional performance, hired for an extended duration to implement Johnson & Johnson's marketing platform at the 2008 Summer Olympic Games.

Olympic Games Marketing Intern

- Turned around a small, failing club into a 150-person team with 10 unified riders competing in the nation's most prestigious collegiate snowboarding league within one year.

Club Team President

- Conceived, planned and directed a professional-scale snowboarding competition on the University of Oregon campus lawn that generated statewide audience interest, unique sponsorship opportunities and a large influx of funding and talent for the UO Snowboard team.
- Pitched and signed a critical partnership with Red Bull to fund the event, recruit competition talent, mitigate liability and attract regional media exposure.
- Oversaw sponsorship and marketing teams of 50 students that raised $6,000 of cash and in-kind sponsorship revenue.
- Attracted over 8,000 attendees, and gained extensive statewide television, newspaper and digital media coverage.

Event Director

- Trained by Oregon Sports Authority business leaders to market and promote Portland's largest sporting events, including the Portland Dew Tour, the Pro Wakeboard Tour, and Nike's LiveStrong Challenge.
- Given elevated responsibilities among the Dew Tour Management Team after demonstrating exceptional performance in the field interacting with the public.
