Key Responsibilities: • Analyze the company’s capital structure and assist with corporate financing recommendations relative to alternative funding strategies • Manage the company’s financing portfolio including $5B of public bonds, $2B of revolving credit facilities, $1.2B bank term loans and $600M of global receivables financing facilities • Forecast and report on interest expense, covenant compliance and capital structure metrics • Manage financial risks including analyzing exposures to interest rate, commodity and equity market risks • Assist in preparing update presentations for capital markets areas • Collaborate with global cross functional teams to implement change initiatives • Use technology and lean business techniques to drive and implement process improvements • Promote a work environment that ensure high quality processes and services
