Responsible for the overall presentation 7-19 stores at any given time. Recruited, interviewed, hired and trained Store Managers, in-store Merchandisers and Sales associates for the Inland Empire. Assisted in the opening of 32 new stores, and Project Leader in 9 of those openings. Assisted in all Corporate Floor sets for apparel and accessories. Used merchandise techniques to increase overall sales and reduce shrink. Developed strong partnerships with Buyers, Allocators, Coordinators and Corporate Executives to achieve an overall presentation to increase profits.
