Marketing / Experiential Director for Barbie: The Dreamhouse (Mattel), CSI: The Experience and Star Trek: The Expedition( CBS) a 60,000 sq foot facility at Mall of America.
Worked as a liaison of Mattel and CBS to engage correct Marketing and Customer Experience efforts with EMS Entertainment Exhibit Center, located at Mall of America. Implemented programs,prolicies and procedures to ensure elevated engagement and satisfaction.
Responsible for National advertising pilot to use Collaborative advertising for locations in Las Vegas, Florida and Germany including but not limited to;
Print, TV, Graphic Creation, Websites, Collateral, Community outreach, digital and Media relations Also responsible for the entire customer experience from all visual aspects inside all exhibits. Worked within the framework as directed by CBS and Mattel and their guidelines for Licensing Agreements. This included weekly collaboration and annual review.
In addition, I was responsible for growing all entertainment programs for Customer experience including Partnerships with local restaurants, hotels and other entertainment options. while working closely with MOA Marketing and Minnesota Downtown Council and Out Of State Vendors, Organizations and Investors.
Developed additional income streams by gathering research data from customers and tweaking programs to give additional experiential outlets, especially for existing return clients, resulting in a 248% increase in profits over previous year.
