A global-sourcing and product development firm specializing in cutting edge biodegradable products, polymers, and resins for agriculture, horticulture, and retail use.  Worked to identify and market to distribution networks and retail supply chains in the USA.  With staff in Asia and the USA. Responsible for product development,production planning ,marketing, and the sales team.  

Created an Asian buying office, which represented mid-to-large size U.S.apparel manufacturers that supplied the top five retail department stores. Also worked with mid-sized import companies in Europe. Specialized in procuring raw materials, including bulk fabrics and accessories, facilitating and monitoring the manufacturing and quality control of men’s and women’s knit and woven apparel in most categories.  Contracted and managed manufacturing to factories in Sri Lanka, Middle East, Vietnam, China and Southern Africa. Consistently attained production goals of 3.5- 4 million garments. Responsible for leading multiple teams including , product development, pre -production and production planning, quality control, contract negotiations, accounting and marketing. In addition, Milestone Hong Kong , sourced and manufactured pet products for sale in the USA and Australia, worked  in conjunction with an Australian distributor .
