Travel to various fashion capitals, such as Hong Kong, Tokyo, Los Angeles, and New York to analyze fashion trends and support teams by creating story-boards based on collected information and research. Design innovative and desirable pieces by overseeing end to end manufacturing process of company while visiting factories in China and US to collect samples. Work in close collaboration with graphic designers to create the season’s catalog, promotional look books, and marketing material. Coordinate with factory management on regular basis to maintain adequate level of inventory as per allocated budget and requirement. Perform various activities, including creating budget as well as selecting photo location, best photographer, and styling of each model during creation of season’s concept. Develop and maintain strong working relations with both existing and new clients by analyzing clients’ needs and providing exceptional services.
• Travelled overseas 2-3 times a year to source, develop, and design a headwear line.
