Created new, engaging content to convey brand updates across all social media channels. Maintained and established brand and product personality, while expanding audience. Directly communicated with consumers regarding service, feedback & warranty issues. Managed events such as trade-shows, demos, promotions & camps.

Worked closely with Creative Director, marketing team and Sales Director to design annual consumer website. Managed e-mail marketing campaigns, including targeted and redirected sales initiatives. Filmed and produced product videos for website, paid and organic social media strategy and tradeshows. Assisted with various graphic design tasks such as promotional items, window displays, web banners and print ads.
