I enjoy being outdoors, and really enjoy the community and camaraderie of cycling.  I currently coach a local Jr. High mountain bike team with NICA, and am also a NICA Volunteer Coordinator for the state of Arkansas.  

•	Direct and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
•	Track key milestones and adjust project budgets accordingly
•	Collaborate with cross-functional teams for all deliverables
•	Maintain communication with clients through entire project and manage expectations 
•	Lead and oversee 4 direct reports


•	Drive sales and promote cycling as a lifestyle for customers
•	Responsible for maintaining all displays and communicating with customers to understand their needs
•	Repair, build and maintain bikes as needed

•	Oversee preseason orders from Specialized and Mavic, as well as order parts from vendors
•	Created and executed social media strategies that maintained consistent brand messaging across varied platforms
•	5% increase in sales due to SEO from regular social media maintenance and 	strategy execution
