• Prepared and taught four to seven classes daily, including private and large group lessons with anywhere from 1-20 students, ages 18-90. • Chosen as the trainer for four incoming teachers and staff, acclimating new foreign employees to the job duties and lifestyle changes. • Assisted in the marketing efforts of AEON language schools by coordinating the advertising campaign; consisting of coordinating monthly poster and flyer creation and updates, and serving as the voice for two radio promotions that lead to an increase of more than one hundred new students during my tenure. • Conducted continual qualitative data collection from students concerning the school’s marketing efforts and rank among other English language schools and other AEON schools. • Conducted daily interviews with prospective students, explaining the organizational philosophy and structure. • Assisted with individual and staff meetings to determine future needs of the students, as well as the direction of the organization.
