Oversee work flow and give direction in accordance with company objectives. To full fill the vision of the company as well as give input to design problems and find solutions to meet goals in the areas of Product design, Package Design and Marketing materials.
Work with manufacturing and printers to ensure quality and company standards are met.
File management which includes long term storage as well as Short term storage. To insure that documents are structured in a manner that enables effective edits.

A base skill set that includes traditional drawing skills for proposal work. As well as a general understanding of screen print, fabric and vinyl as well as plastic process materials.
To ensure that supply levels are adequate as well as anticipate any rush of supply's due to project demands.
Oversee the management of time sheets and record the hours spent week to week and report those resources to Controller of operations. To report to management any additional resources be granted in the guise of overtime hours or outside resources to meet project deadlines.
To keep track and archive a database of federal warning labels and disclaimers need to ensure products meet regulations.
To have an awareness of current trends that may influence our industry.
To engage in a process of research by acquiring competitors' products to help ensure that our products are up to industry trends and standards as well as to better understand the limitations of our competitors thinking by a process of reverse engineering which hopefully will give insight to the design process.
