I have worked in a Commercial Art department before where we  did the "in-house" artwork and design for the gift items that were woven there on site, as well as the items that were imported from China. We in the Illustration Department had to conceptualize and create images that were suitable for selling to client companies nation-wide. The company I did this artwork for is Manual Woodworkers and Weavers in Hendersonville, NC. For the items that were made in China - we had to come up with images in Photoshop and then we had to pick Pantone colors and give this color information in the jpeg images that we then saved onto cds. These ads were then sent to the vendors in China who then created the items we designed. 

I inspect parts before they are shipped out to client companies. This is my current job, the next one I am listing is not the job I had before this one, but it is the job in my employment history that is most relevant to the job for which I am currently applying with ENO.

I worked in the Art Department where all the items woven on the jacquard looms are created and designed, except for the images that were licensed. We also designed the images for the items made in China. Photoshop was the software I used.
