Bill has driven YOY channel growth for private, public and PE owned brands while leading and mentoring teams of 20+ during periods of business transformation.

His deep category experience includes footwear, apparel and licensed accessories across premium and affordable luxury brands. US retailer partners include: Dicks Sporting Goods, Kohls, macys, Dillards, Nordstrom, DSW, Famous Footwear, Amazon, and Zappos. He is comfortable in highly complex matrix organizations yet versatile and equally effective with emerging brands.

Chosen by Brand President to take over the role based on 360-degree marketing experience; accountable for $15MM+ in annual sales, including the company’s largest Sporting Goods retailer (Dick’s Sporting Goods), all Department stores and key Family retailers. Retailer portfolio: Dicks Sporting Goods, Academy Sports, REI, Nordstrom, Macys, Dillards, Kohls, DSW, Famous Footwear, Shoe Carnival and Lands End.

Appointed Interim VP by CEO post brand acquisition and charged with stabilizing, crafting and executing the digital wholesale commercial strategy for the company's largest sales channel of business. Retailer portfolio included: Amazon.com 1P & 3P, Zappos.com 1P & 3P, Walmart.com 3P, and QVC.

Spearheaded the men's iconic Timberland Yellow Boot business revitalization project; the recommended marketing strategy was adopted by senior leadership and successfully executed across retail and reversed YOY sales declines.
