I have over 4 years of experience in successfully introducing new products to market. I have helped build brands from the ground up combining sales and marketing cohesively to execute strategic planning for the products I represent. I have done everything from open individual markets with DSD networks, field sales teams and local marketing, to bringing on national distribution through major chains and working with their major distributors. 

As you can see from my experience below, my ambitious nature keeps me always striving and yearning to learn more, do more and achieve above and beyond what is expected of me. I have proven myself time and time again in the roles I have worked hard to get to and plan only to continue this pattern as my career develops.

?	Achieve and deliver annual plans for the region that reflect the agreed upon brand and customer strategies and support delivery of business goals.
?	Manage the sales growth and customer development for accounts such as Chevron, Circle K, Seven-Eleven etc. while simultaneously coordinating with their distributors. i.e. Core-Mark, McLane, Unified etc.
?	Responsible for building sales presentations & reports to share with chain accounts at headquarter (buyer) level, broker partners, and accounts to bring in new business and drive sales.

?	Aside from my current regional duties, I also manage a field sales team in Northern California, work with DSD networks, wholesalers etc. to ensure the success of the NorCal market with F.A.S.T. products.

Regional Account Manager - West

-  Built & developed the company’s current sales & marketing strategy in NorCal.  
-  Successfully hired & trained a team of field sales reps to execute the NorCal sales strategy.
-  Chain account management to increase our sales & distribution locally & nationally. 
-  Successfully brought on two DSD networks to increase product reach & open more accounts. 
-  Manage a $25K monthly budget for the sales & marketing that take place in market. 
-  Monitor & tracked sales progress through ‘Visit Basis’ app to run reports, analyze data etc. 
-  Present sales data to the executive team weekly to show progress & results with strategy.
-  Work closely with our PR team to align regional marketing efforts, ad campaigns, media buys etc. 
-  Work closely with major media companies to create major $100k+ ad campaigns around NorCal. 
-  Managed a team of field marketers that would promote at local events, do store support etc. 
-  Provide consumer feedback and market trends to Marketing director. 


Area Sales & Marketing Manager

•	Manage all partnerships, events and community engagement in Northern California on behalf of   Nuun for the Northern California region. 
•	Analyze market trends to find new events, strategies and activations to market directly to our target consumer.  
•	Manage a team of ‘Hydration Specialists’ that are sent out to promote Nuun at various events in Northern California
•       Manage a monthly budget by forecasting costs associated with events, promotions, staffing etc. 
•	Create dynamic ways to support our key accounts & retailers through specialized events, social media, & promotion. 
•	Negotiate contracts with race directors as official hydration sponsors, creating exposure on major national races i.e. The SF Marathon, Nike Women's Marathon, The Rock & Roll Marathon series, The Sea Otter Classic & ATOC.

Field Marketing Manager Northern California

Expert on Lexus vehicles, company history and future company direction. Strategically plan production, marketing, sales and interaction with organizational departments. 

Combines sales, marketing and technical skills to design and promote new Lexus models to consumers as well as investors.

Analyzes current market trends related to Lexus and ensures marketability. This includes finding the best resources to market Lexus by attending industry conventions and events as well as joining and contributing to related professional organizations.

Interacting directly with consumers and interest groups to improve the product and understand what is needed to benefit the company's future direction.
