Designed seasonal incremental “MONOCHROME” collection consisting of premium head-wear + accessories targeting top tier distribution, elevating brand perception as well as creating the opportunity for the brand to re-connect with the fashion forward taste-maker / influencer consumer. Developed and managed key brand and artist collaborations resulting in product launches at New York Fashion Week, Miami Winter Music Conference, and NBA All Star Weekend. Recruited in 2008 personally by industry mogul SEAN “ P. DIDDY ” COMBS to help him revitalize the Sean John Collection and brand aesthetic. Successfully provided cross functional strategic leadership and direction to design, production, marketing, and sales that resulted in a profitable sales revenue of $65M for 2014. Managed staff of 5 full time designers and seasonal freelance designers insuring that collectively the team was always on track to meet all requirements including: margin, production calendar, sales needs and delivering desirable trend right product to the consumer.

Responsible for all creative direction, design and merchandising of the ENYCE + RSRV brands for the US and European markets. Successfully launched RSRV, a progressive contemporary young men’s collection distributed through Fred Segal, DTLR, and Buckle stores.

Collaborated directly with Hip Hop icon and industry legend RUSSELL SIMMONS on launching and designing multiple streetwear brands. Brand Portfolio: Phat Farm, Def Jam University, Run Athletics

Worked in collaboration with Pony Footwear + The Firm to design develop, and re-launch the storied Pony athletic and lifestyle brand. Responsible for all design direction, market forecasting and communications with overseas factories.
