Throughout my work experience as an Engineer I have been tasked with a wide variety of roles.  I have always been given a lot of customer and vendor interaction due to my energetic and very upbeat personality.  I have also gained valuable experience in the entire timeline of a project from design and bid phases through procurement and fabrication to installation and final use.  

A lot of the customers I interact would tell you they enjoy when they get to work on a project with me, because I not only take their input but I also provide valuable input from my own knowledge and am very willing to work with them to provide a great product and help move projects along smoothly.

* Process Customer Drawings, Models, Sketches, Samples, etc. for Manufacturing on equipment in the Shop
* Daily use of computer programs: SolidWorks, Exact JobBoss, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and others.
* Interaction between Customer and Production on Current, Future and even Past projects
* Providing Quotes per Customer drawings, samples, specifications etc.
* Problem Solving

*Estimating costs for bid packages consisting of material cost, labor rates, sub-contract work, etc. 
*Management of over $3 million in projects for in the hydro power and heavy weldment industries.  
*Management included: organizing project schedules, purchasing materials, coordination with suppliers, the shop & customers, site visits and handling invoicing and payments for respective projects, among other responsibilities.  
*Performed engineering analysis on materials and various applications for projects and quotations.  
*Programs used include Microsoft Office, AutoCAD & Autodesk Inventor.
