Founder and lead guide of Camp Japan
(Adventure travel experiences on rural Shikoku Island, Japan. )

- Establish relationships with local outfitters
- Develop itineraries and overall concepts
- Execute marketing, advertising, and sales strategy.
- Guide and instruct guests (river sup, river surf, ocean surf) 
- Manage and schedule all transportation, accommodation, and meals. 

Seasonal part-time


Lead River SUP Guide 
- Coordinate, prep, and operate multi-day wilderness rafting trips
- Guide groups up to 10 people safely down Class 1 - 3 whitewater on SUP's
- Focus heavily on guest safety and experience.
- Provide historical and geological interpretation  of the region. 
- Plan and cook meals.

Lead River SUP Guide

Team Manager
- Manage team of 20+ athletes and ambassadors
- Draft contracts and track contract agreements
- Track orders and invoices, coordinate with sales dept. and warehouse
- Work with sales and marketing dept. to leverage value of team
- Coordinate and manage marketing and sales events

Year-round, remote, part time. 

Team Mananger 

Transportation Manager 
- Manage and fulfill transportation needs for staff of 50+.
- Coordinate complex grid of locations, times, and logistical needs. 
- Manage team of up to 4 drivers and vehicles 

Lead Runner
- Work with multiple departments (administration, operations, food and beverage, artist relations, production)
- Communicate efficiently in face-paced environment to fulfill immediate buying and logistical needs.
- Create lasting, positive connections and interactions with the community, staff, guests, and public surrounding the event. 

Seasonal part-time 

Transportation Manager / Lead Runner 

Technical Sales Rep. (Rocky Mtn Region)
- Maintain positive working relationship with multiple retail shops in region
- Perform retail sales clinics/ staff sales events
- Schedule and manage on-water demo days
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams 

Brand Ambassador
- Maintain intimate knowledge of full line of stand up paddle boards and surf boards
- Attend competitions and industry events, including trade shows, assist sales and marketing team

Tech. Rep / Ambassador 

- Supervise operations of boat and paddle-craft rental business. 
- Work in fast-paced sales environment, handling in-person, phone, and email communications. 
- Focus on customer service and experience from start to finish. 
- Maintain fleet of 20+ boats/ crafts. 
- Train new employees.
