	I am seeking exciting and challenging opportunities to better myself, share the knowledge I have gained, and further my knowledge and career.
Recently I have been assigned to the JLENS program and have been tasked with the Sr. Technical Support Specialist Lead position. I supervise 21 employees to include scheduling, tasking, training and operating among them as a team.  I also work as a prime power SME on this program. 

I also have around 10 years of experience in law enforcement. I have worked as a patrol officer and as a SWAT operator. I have extensive training in SWAT tactics as well as patrol tactics.

I would love the opportunity to share my knowledge with others and continue to grow.  I feel I have many tools and abilities which I bring to the table and can be used at your disposal. I know if given the chance I can be an asset to any project I am place on.

-	Currently managing day to day operations of 21 full time employees, this includes scheduling, training, unscheduled daily task and the handling of problem escalations.
-	Experienced in Data Processing and Signal Processing (DPSP) 
-	Interpreted and monitor data collected by site systems displayed on the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)    
-	Efficient with Mobile Moring System(MMS) and Aerostat procedure to include operations, repair, and tether terminations, fiber handling
-	Line handling certified on Nose line, Moring lines, snubbing operations, winch cap and level wind. Trained to calculate lift and add and release helium on air ship.
-	Diagramming and consolidating all schematics for Mobile Moring System (MMS), Aerostat and hardware; this information is used to track errors and problems that occur to the source of the problem
-	Responsible for preventive maintenance check and services (PMCS) for Mobile Moring System (MMS)  and Aerostat to include Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), power system, fiber and hardware
-	Experienced in the area of power conversion and capable of power transfers as well as operating and running diagnostics on Low Power Module(LPM), Medium Power Module (MPM) and Mobile Electric Power (MEP)810 generators
-	Ready site/system for system integration testing
-	Perform actions to facilitate the completion of system integration tasks as set forth in the System Integration task documents
-	Work with JLENS Integration Engineers and Flight Directors while providing continuity to the scheduled tasks
-	Perform system integration processes
-	Trained by TCOM personnel in all areas to include adding and removing hardware, wiring, fiber handling, trouble shooting and diagnostics, as well power conversion
-	Efforts were recognized by Raytheon Leadership as a key component which led to the successes at UTTR and the resulting decision to deploy the JLENS system
