Since becoming part of Black Rifle Coffee's Sales Team in August 2017, I have helped establish and implement many new SOP's for BRCC's sales processes. By owning the sales cycle and account management of BRCC's
Retailers, I played an integral part in cultivating +90% sales growth and +60% growth in B2B Accounts in my first six months, +240% growth in sales revenue and +160% growth in B2B Accounts in 2018, and 41% growth in sales revenue and +25% growth in B2B Accounts in 2019 for the B2B Sales Division.

Inside Sales Manager

As a MLT generalist in the University of Utah Hospital Clinical Laboratory, I am part of an immensely talented and knowledgeable team of Pathologists, Medical Technologists, and MLT's who perform clinical chemistry, hematology, coagulation, microbiology and numerous other tests in an array of specialized lab disciplines.

As a prestigious national reference laboratory and a major hospital laboratory, specimen testing is performed with an exceptional attention to detail, an uncompromising level of accuracy, and unparalleled proficiency to ensure optimal and timely patient care. Using both automated laboratory analyzers and manual testing methodologies, the laboratory team and I achieve both precision and accuracy in testing of specimens, as well as in the certification, report, and transfer of results into the Laboratory Information System.

Medical Laboratory Technician

• Unwavering commitment to world-class sales and service, and ensures a pleasant and productive buying/shooting experience for all customers.
• Organize and maintain firearms in all locations within the retail store to include Gun Counter displays, Rental Gun displays, Gunsmith department, and all firearms storage areas.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Control access in and out of the vault.
• Complete all ATF Gun Traces on or off-site as requested.
• Ship and/or transfers firearms as requested.
• Receive incoming firearms and/or powder using log books and electronic system. Verify gun accuracy to receiving document.
• Sets and maintains all ads/POP related to firearms.
• Conduct monthly firearms audits.
• Assist with training of store associates as requested by the GM or other Ownership.
• Contact customers via phone, certified mail or e-mail concerning necessary corrections to 4473 forms to keep the company in compliance with the ATF.
• Provide a legendary experience for every customer, every time, assisting customers in making educated buying decisions by identifying and evaluating customers' needs and making product recommendations based off of this analysis.
• Promote programs including, but not limited to TNT Range Membership, on-site TNT classes, and educational/recreational organizations.
• Follow all Company policies and procedures.

Firearm Sales / Range Safety Officer

As a PST, I performed phlebotomy procedures on patients of various demographics, ranging from pediatrics to seniors. I used LabCorp's LIS computer system to locate and fill orders for laboratory testing according to the doctors' request. I processed blood and various other specimens such as urine, IG PAPs, stool, biopsies, and cultures in house before they would be sent to the lab. I entered and maintained patient demographic, insurance, and billing information to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date information was always in the patient's record.

My positive personality, effectiveness, and proficiency as a phlebotomist, in conjunction with my exceptional customer service and drive to go above and beyond were key assets for my success as a PST. The position required
frequent collaboration with medical assistants, nurses, and doctors who could depend on me as a liason and reference for any laboratory related questions.
