I have over 13 years of experience in the retail industry, with a primary focus on the outdoor market. I have had the privilege of seeing the industry from all angles, spending time in a gear shop setting and in the world of brand flagship store business models. Management, third party acquisition, store design and merchandising, in-store and offsite events, and product launches are my strong suits.

- Collaborated with product and brand management team to boost workflow, increase product assortment, and reduce shipping and fulfillment times across three brick-and-mortar locations and e-commerce
