Account management

Being a native Southern Californian, I inherited a strong passion for surfing, snowboarding, and anything extreme sports related.  After graduating from San Diego State University, I decided to join a group of friends to teach children's snowboarding at Snow Summit, a ski resort located in Big Bear Lake, CA.  I fell in love with the experience because I was able to teach others my passion.  Later, I became an account manager for a large flooring contractor where I developed a strong set of skills in sales and customer service.  I recently moved to Colorado with the goal of working for an outdoor sports company where I can utilize my education, experience, and passion to make the company more profitable.

•	Support servers and bartenders in a high volume and fast paced restaurant and bar.
•	Clean and stock the bar with glassware, liquor, beer, and garnishes for maximum efficiency.
•	Developed strong knowledge of craft beer, craft cocktails, and craft entrees.
•	Assisted the chefs and helped the servers on the expo line to ensure food was served efficiently.
•	Poured beer, made drinks, and took food orders in order to help bartenders and servers.


Bar Back / Expeditor

•	Worked within the shipping department at a custom plastics fabricating firm.
•	Responsible for packaging and shipping orders for the safe and timely arrival to various customers.
•	Operated fork lifts within the warehouse for the preparation of large sized freight orders.
		


Warehouse Operations

•	Responsible for the sales of approximately 100 property management accounts.
•	Identified specific needs of individual customers in order to provide them with the most beneficial flooring products available.
•	Preparing competitive price quotes.
•	Consistently meeting monthly sales budgets in both margin and volume. 
•	Developed a strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects.  


Account Manager

•	Teaching children ages 8 to 12 years old how to snowboard.
•	Providing a safe and fun learning experience to all guests.
•	Learned about equipment used in the snow sports industry, including tune-ups and maintenance.



AASI Children's Snowboard Instructor

•	Organizing events for local and state political campaigns.
•	Contacting key campaign contributors for donations.
•	Maintaining a professional relationship with clients in the San Diego area.



Political Fundraising Consultant

•	Demolition/preparation of floors for installation of new material.
•	Staging material to various areas of the job-site.
•	Providing assistance to the installation of carpet, sheet vinyl, LVT, VCT, laminate and hardwood.


Laborer / Apprentice

•	Provided a multi-course dinner service within the retirement community’s 5-star restaurant.
•	Worked occasionally as an expeditor, helping service run more efficiently.
•	Helped the residents with their needs.
