Senior Brand Manager

Inspired and collaborated with team athletes, designers, artists, developers and engineers in all stages of product R&D. Co-developed and merchandised the category, related hardgoods, softgoods and product packaging. Acted as a hub of information and process between product design, sales, manufacturing, logistics, and market- ing to ensure quality & timely delivery of products. Maintained master calendar with significant development and manufacturing milestones in order to facilitate communications and relationships with multiple international & domestic manufacturers & material vendors. Balanced needs of cost efficiency, meeting gross margin goals, streamlining manufacturing, and maintaining the highest quality standards in the industry. Delivered on annual category initiatives, seamless product offerings with the alignment of marketing goals, sales goals and the overall brand image. In-house source for trends in graphics, design and color for Burton Hardgoods.
