• Analyze contract documents and project specifics to craft competitive project proposals for habitat restoration throughout Southern California ensuring all local, state and federal guidelines and success criteria will be met. Utilize Drone Image capture technology to analyze project sites efficiently to produce more competitive bids. • Work with existing firms along to create change order proposals that fit within the scope of work and within client budgets. Seek out new opportunities for future projects and collaboration via internet bid boards, current client outreach and networking events. • Prepare project outlines, handoffs and serve as a resource for project managers throughout the project. • Lead the implementation of turn-key remedial designs for groundwater and soil contamination remediation. Produce cost estimates for projects, ranging in value from $25k to $1.3M, alongside writing project proposals. Prepare necessary documents and equipment before project start. • Supervise project scope of work throughout the United States, adjust project design pre-and during project. Manage safety of on-site personnel, adjust project to meet budgetary and schedule allowance. • Finalize project reports, complete project proposals and cost estimates, investigate remediation techniques and further knowledge of remediation chemistry and company products.

Work in conjunction with Spokane County on a Ponderosa Pine tree project. • Compile and present results in order to determine a management plan for the noxious weed and to help the city with planning of future conservation areas.

• Coach and mentor Climbing Club (8-14 year olds) in the sport of rock climbing. • Instruct and run the Climbing Club times, give the kids goals for the sessions and create workouts for the group in order to improve their climbing ability. • Help the kids create their own goals and encourage them. Aid in their rock climbing knowledge and ability. Have seen increased retention in Climbing Club members.

• Responsible for registration and refereeing the various sports of: football, soccer, softball, dodgeball, basketball, inner tube basketball, indoor soccer and volleyball. • Serve as head referee and assistant for advanced levels of competition. Help answer questions about the rules to players and explain particular procedures within the intramural department. • Have helped the program rise to the second ranked intramural program in the nation for student participation.
