I bring marketing activation to life with over twelve years of honed expertise developing and scaling global community, creator, and content marketing programs. I started my career in online advertising and startups, transitioned to help establish and scale several successful small businesses to market share leaders in diving and photography (while also traveling the world leading photo workshops and thriving in the creator economy), and now work with Johnson Outdoors leading global creative, content, and community for SCUBAPRO through an aggressive digital transformation and audience expansion. Outside of work you'll find me teaching the kiddos about proper outdoor adventure, riding bikes, exploring trails, and chasing waves. Let's connect!

Lead the SCUBAPRO content marketing and social media team within Johnson Outdoors’ in-house agency through a company-wide digital transformation. SCUBAPRO is a Johnson Outdoors brand with $73.6M Net Sales in FY24.
•	Responsible for global content marketing strategy and execution across marketing channels.
•	Develop global brand and product creative approaches that have supported successful key marketing campaigns.
•	Led an overhaul of SCUBAPRO social media strategy resulting in dramatic YoY KPI growth.
•	Established and manage global ambassador and creator marketing program, generating strategic work-made-for-hire content for thousands of SKUs, amplifying brand reach online/offline, and supplying 80% of the social media content mix aligning with brand voice.
•	Actively scaling end-to-end content production and creative development by increasing global shoots per year, onboarding new agencies and freelancers, and ensuring timely on-strategy asset delivery.
•	Working on the brand side pre-agency, implemented an updated visual identity, including photography style, mood, color tones, and design elements to strategically broaden appeal with expanded market segments.
•	Responsible for 6-figure budgets across U.S. and EMEA business entities, effectively delivering on marketing objectives while maximizing ROI.
